# poimo

Light enough to be carried by a person and soft enough to be folded

Poimo is a new type of electric mobility that combines personal mobility and soft robotics technologies to create a light, soft, and safe vehicle that can be carried by a person, and can be taken on and off anywhere. It is intended to be the first/last mile that seamlessly connects public transportation and destinations. The inflatable structure makes the body lightweight, and a wireless and battery-less structure suitable for this application is being developed in cooperation with a wireless power supply group.

Compared to conventional mobility devices, the fabric design has a wider range of expandability, and we plan to add more body-fitting and relaxing shapes in addition to the bike and sofa shapes.
